Pusic Entertainment provides and manages various digital services and websites. In this Privacy Policy,
“Pusic Entertainment” refers to the specific legal entity you are interacting with: TunePartner B.V.,
YourVirals B.V., MakersTV B.V., or Pusic Entertainment B.V. This Privacy Policy applies to all services and
websites operated by these entities, such as:

Depending on the service or website you use, the relevant entity (TunePartner B.V., YourVirals B.V.,
MakersTV B.V., or Pusic Entertainment B.V.) acts as the data controller for your personal data.
To provide our services, we process personal data. This privacy and cookie statement tells you what
personal data we process from you and what we do with your personal data.

For what purposes do we use your personal data?
We obtain various personal data from you. We specify for each purpose what data we obtain from you,
for what purpose we process this data and for how long it is stored. If you have any questions or would
like to know exactly what information we store about you, please contact us. Our contact details are
mentioned at the bottom of this privacy and cookie statement.

Contact and complaint handling
When you send us an email, fill in a contact form on one of our websites, or contact us in any other way,
we process your personal data in order to respond to your question or handle your request. We do this
on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in being able to communicate with you, and,
where relevant, to comply with legal obligations.
For this purpose, we process the following personal data:

• Contact details (e.g. email address and telephone number)
• Social media account or other URLs if provided
• Any information you provide as part of the content of a message
We store these contact moments with the personal data you provide for the purpose of carrying out
the contract and handling your complaint if necessary. We keep this information for as long as necessary

for this contact or up to 2 years after we last had contact with you, because we want to make sure we
have handled your question or complaint properly.

Account
It is possible to create an account on some of our websites. With your account, you can access solutions
for labels and artists or subscribe to services that support your content. We process this data to grant
you access and facilitate the execution of the agreement.
For this purpose, we process the following personal data depending on the platform you sign in on:

• Artist/Label/Creator name

We store this information until you request the deletion of your account. To delete your account, please
reach out to the support email address of the website of Pusic Entertainment you are using. We keep
some data longer if we are legally obligated to do so (e.g., because of the 7-year tax retention
obligation).

TunePartner Application
We offer an application named TunePartner. Through the app, you can use our services, such as
uploading and distributing your music (execution of the agreement).
For this purpose, we process the following personal data:
• Name
• Company information if applicable
• Address
• Payment information
• Login data
• IP address and location

We will store your data for as long as you have your account or some data longer if we are legally
obligated to do so.
Identity Verification (Veriff)
In some cases, we may request identity verification to protect our platform against fraud and to verify
the identity of users where necessary for the execution of our services. For this purpose, we use the
identity verification services of Veriff OÜ. If you are asked to verify your identity, you will be redirected
to Veriff’s secure environment, where Veriff processes personal data on our behalf.
For this purpose, we process the following personal data:
• Identity document data (e.g. passport, ID card, driving licence)
• Photographs or video recordings (selfie or liveness check)
• Biometric data used to compare your selfie with your identity document
• Technical information (e.g. IP address, device information, timestamps)
• Verification result provided by Veriff (pass/fail or risk indicators)

Legal basis:
We process this data based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in preventing fraud and
protecting the security and integrity of our services, or, where required, to comply with legal
obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Storage period:
We do not store copies of your identity documents or biometric data on our own systems. Veriff
retains verification data for the period defined in our agreement with them, after which the data is
securely deleted.
We only store the verification outcome (pass/fail) as long as necessary for account security or fraud
investigation.

Processor:
Veriff acts as our data processor and processes your personal data. You can find Veriff’s privacy notice

Influencer and brand services
We offer a range of services to influencers and brands, including but not limited to content protection,
strategic distribution, marketing, and brand partnerships, all within a diverse global community. We
process personal data to enable influencers to access tailored solutions, plan and execute projects that
align with their unique style, and connect with their audience. For brands, we facilitate the connection
with global influencers to create impactful campaigns and brand partnerships. We process data to
provide these services and to execute the relevant agreements. For this purpose, we process the
following personal data:
• Name
• Company name
• Address
• VAT number
• Chamber of Commerce
• Contact details (e.g. email address and telephone number)
• Social media information
• Payment details
• Other information relevant to the agreement

We store this data for the duration of the service provision or until you request the deletion of your
data. We keep some data longer if we are legally obligated to do so (e.g., due to the 7-year tax retention
obligation).

Handling job applications
If you apply for one of our job openings or submit an open application, we process your personal data
for the purpose of handling your application and in preparation for a possible employment contract.
For this purpose, we process the following personal data:
• Name and address details
• Contact details (email address and telephone number)
• Curriculum Vitae
• Motivation letter
• Any other information you provide with your application
Your application details are stored for a maximum of 4 weeks after the position has been filled. We store
this information so that we can contact you should the position become vacant again within the
probationary period. If we are unable to offer you a position at this time, we may – with your consent –
keep the application data for one more year. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending us an
email. We will store your application data in your personnel file should you decide to work for us. This
file will be stored for as long as necessary, and the application data will be kept for a maximum of 2
years after entering into employment.
A social media and internet screening can be part of the application procedure. This is necessary for us
to preserve our image when hiring new staff; we do this on a legitimate interest basis. We will do a
search of your name on Google and any profile you may have on various social media. This applies, of
course, insofar as these profiles are public. We will not ask you to grant us access to a private social
media page or to accept a request from us. The results of the screening will be discussed with you.
Should you have any objections to this, you can inform us by email at the time of your application.

ReCAPTCHA
We use Google reCAPTCHA (Google LLC) to protect our website against abuse and automated spam.
For reCAPTCHA to function, Google processes information such as your IP address, mouse movements
and other technical data.
We rely on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in securing our services. Google may process
data outside the EEA; in such cases, Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by

When can we share your personal data with third parties?
Pusic Entertainment will only share your data with third parties to the extent permitted by current
legislation. We may provide your personal data to third parties when:
• we have engaged them to process certain data;
• we have a legal basis to do so;

Entertainment. These employees will only have access to your data to the extent required for their role.
All group entities handle your personal data with care and will not use it for other purposes without a
valid legal basis.

Pusic Entertainment may provide your personal data to parties located outside the European Economic
Area (EEA) to provide those services. Pusic Entertainment will only do so if there is an appropriate level
of protection for the processing of personal data. This privacy and cookie statement applies only to the
services of Pusic Entertainment. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites,
which can be accessed through a link on our website.
Social media buttons

We use social media buttons on our website that redirect you to the relevant social media platforms.
This gives you the option to follow us and share content. You will also see advertisements on your social
media page. The buttons operate through bits of code provided by the social media networks. If you
